Florida TLSAE / Drug & Alcohol Course

Florida first time drivers need to complete the 4-hour Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education (also called Florida Drug & Alcohol) course before applying for a learners permit.

This course is 100% online and fulfills the TLSAE permit requirement. Additionally, you have the option of taking your learner's permit exam after the course.
